Our sofas look immaculate but the beauty isn’t just skin deep – our birch frames are exceptional too. Time and time again, when we refurbish Carryduff Upholstery sofas – even after as many as 20 or 30 years –
we find the frames are still almost as good as new and will certainly last for more years to come.

The birch timber for the hardwood frames is selected and cut at our own sawmill in Belfast – so we can guarantee the quality of the wood before we even start making your sofa or chair. We cut and build the frames ourselves by hand using techniques passed down through the generations. Nothing is pre-cut or off-the-peg here.
